Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 333bb ("333bb", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at 333bb.io and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game, promotion, or tournament offered by 333bb, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 333bb or to place any bet or wager on the Platform. This age requirement is strictly enforced. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21, we will suspend the account immediately, conduct an age verification review, and may permanently close the account with forfeiture of all funds held therein if the age requirement is found to have been breached.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts detected by 333bb — identified through matching personal details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment method details, or any other reasonable means — will be closed. All bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided. The original account may also be subject to review and restriction.

2.3 Registration Requirements

333bb applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. You may be required to submit documentary proof of identity (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address at any stage of your account lifecycle — including before your first withdrawal. 333bb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 333bb account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities, will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method. Accounts with active responsible gaming self-exclusion requests will be processed in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333bb account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

333bb currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied; your balance, bets, and payouts are all displayed and settled in Taka.

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your account tier and any responsible gaming deposit limits you have set
• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider
• 333bb does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their standard transaction charges

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit
• 333bb targets same-day processing of verified withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6)
• Withdrawal requests submitted after 9:00 PM BST will be processed on the following business day
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed

4.4 Source of Funds

By depositing to 333bb, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legitimately owned by you and are not proceeds of criminal activity. 333bb is committed to preventing money laundering and may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited to your account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account restriction and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4.5 Unclaimed Balances

If your 333bb account remains inactive (no login, no bet placed, no deposit made) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from your remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again. You will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.

Betting Rules & Game Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 333bb are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product pages of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules will take precedence for that product.

In the event of a system error, connectivity failure, or any technical issue that prevents confirmation from being issued, the bet will be considered void and any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

Staked amounts on voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance.

• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to 333bb immediately and must not be exploited

• Deliberately providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in chip dumping or any form of match-fixing in connection with bets placed on the Platform
• Any conduct that 333bb reasonably considers to constitute fraud or dishonest activity
